Cancellation and Refund Policy

Due to the personalized nature of our services, cancellations and refunds are limited:

Cancellation:

Orders can be cancelled only before the printing process has started. Once production begins, cancellation is not possible.

Refund:

Refunds are applicable only in the following cases:

  • Damaged or incorrect delivery

  • Non-fulfillment of order within agreed timeline

  •  Refunds will be processed within 1-2 days after receiving the request for refund only in the following above cases.

To request a refund, email us at support@printoco.com within 48 hours of delivery with images and details.

Note: Refunds are not issued for issues caused by customer-uploaded files (e.g., low quality, wrong design, typos).
